Our Process

Creative Ideation

During the consultation process, a visual proposal is put together showcasing possible materials & preliminary estimates with swatches, photo references, mockups and sketches.

Design

With approval of a proposal, a design retainer is secured to build out the design plan with a full production budget for each phase of the event.
Retainer: 2000

Production

As we enter each phase of production, a full payment is required to begin.
Investment: 2500 and upwards

Delivery

Assembled pieces are packed together for mailing by the planner or couple.

We’ll handle mailing the assembled pieces and mail individual suites to guests.

RSVP Management

We’ll handle your guests responses and provide a list to the couple/planner as guests respond
Investment: 15 per guest

In Person Investment: 1500 / day + travel
Virtual Styling: 1000 / day

Gifting

Welcome Bags & Boxes

Welcome your guests with custom curated goods, containing itineraries, branded goods and more
Investment: 50 and upwards per bag

Virtual Attendee Boxes

For those guests who aren’t able to attend in person, a branded box can give them a feeling of the in person event.
Investment: 100 and upwards per box

Keepsakes

Thank guests for attending the event by gifting them a keepsake as a momento they will remember.
Investment: 40 and upwards per guest

Foundation

Our custom website pricing starts with a base fee of 2500
1 design mockup is provided based on stationery reference and/or vision board.
Includes domain name purchase and secure hosting up until wedding date.
Includes up to 5 static content pages
* imagery & content provided by couple/vendor team*

If the couple would like to use a wedding website template, we can help set up the domain and input the content.
Investment: 1000

Enhancements

RSVP Tool 1500
Track guests responses, can include up to 8 fields like meals, travel dates, number of guests. Includes access to guests responses.

Gallery 500
Ability to add a gallery to the website.

Additional Content Pages 250/each

Post Wedding Updates 500
Changeover of content to reflect the event has happened / thank you message, etc.

Adhoc Content Updates 100/hr
Applies to changes made after website launches, would be quoted out before work begins.

1 addtional year of hosting 150
Additional year starts from the wedding date and includes any domain renewal and hosting needed.
